The class from Reedham Park School watched 'Boule & Bill' at the Institut français and they absolutely loved it! Here are the two most original reviews:
My critique about the movie "Boule & Bill"by Arun Sajeev, Age 9
I liked the film because it depicted a connection between the boy and the dog. It showed that a human boy and a dog can be best friends and stick together no matter what happens. It showed how much the boy loved the dog. I liked the part when the father tried to give the dog away but the boy stopped him. The bond between them was so intense even though the Dad tried to separate them. I did not like how the father tried to get rid of Bill.

My critique about the movie "Boule & Bill" by Lucca Gaudoin, Age 8
I am reviewing ‘Boule and Bill’ a film in French about a boy and his dog. I watched the film on Tuesday 25th February during a Reedham Park school trip to the French institute in London.
The film is set in Paris. In the film Boule gets a dog that his dad doesn’t like. His dad tries everything to get rid of the dog. Boule does everything to stop Bill, the dog, from being got rid of. I liked the film because I learned French. It was sad in the middle but very happy at the end. It made me laugh a lot. However, I didn’t like the sad bits like when Bill the dog was left in a cage for a long time at the start of the film. They made me feel sad too.
I found the characters really funny and Boule even looked like a boy from my school! Overall I liked the film a lot and would like to see a second film if it is made. I will tell my friends to watch it.
