A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM
Throw away your boring A-Level Shakespeare notes and snuggle up with Benjamin Britten. Tonight, the Institut français will be streaming 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' straight from the Aix-en-Provence Festival (much like the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, but French style).
The opera is stage directed by Robert Carsen and choreographed by Matthew Bourne (y'know, that amazing Swan Lake shown at the end of Billy Elliott). Trinity Boys Choir have done over one hundred and fifty professional performances of this opera! Wowza!
So, click on this secret link (made available at 7.30pm) to access a live streaming from the comfort of your own home/office/beach hut.
