Frankfurt in French #25: children's writers!

Our fabulous delegation for the Frankfurt bookfair also includes children's writers!



Back in London, you will see a few of them at the South Ken Kids Festival: Kitty Crowther, author of the famous series Poka & Mia, Clémentine Beauvais, translator of the best-selling novel One by Sarah Crossan, Timothée de Fombelle and his much-loved hero Toby Alone. No doubt Stephanie Blake will bring in her suitcase her rabbit Simon who has enchanted many readers and you will surely come acrross Marc Boutavant accompanied by Ariol!


Come for a week of tremendous events, with live drawing, workshops, film screenings, music and much more: during the South Ken Kids Festival, you will experiment translation with Clémentine Beauvais, learn to draw freely with Kitty Crowther and create a joyful character with Stephanie Blake!



But it is also a unique opportunity to discover many more writers and illustrators:

The programme for young readers includes many events, and especially a prize given by German college students for the best book (in French!) among four novels by Clémentine Beauvais, Charlotte Erlih, Jean-Christophe Tixier and Eva Kavian.
